What is NextGen MOINSA?
NextGen MOINSA is a program for recruiting young professionals through internships, which is part of our talent attraction strategy. We regularly integrate students or recent graduates into each of our Business Units, technical areas, corporate departments, and project teams. This program was born as a natural extension of all the actions we’ve been carrying out with universities, business schools, and educational centers for some time: we participate in job fairs, teach masterclasses, collaborate on academic programs… and we continue with one more step: bringing the real world of business into the classroom, and vice versa, creating a transformative experience for both those who join and for our teams.
A valuable experience for interns
Being part of NextGen MOINSA doesn’t mean “coming to observe,” but rather becoming an active part of the company from day one. Our goal is to offer a real training experience, where interns:
- Participate in real projects.
- Interact with different professional profiles.
- Acquire technical skills and key competencies.
- Discover how the sector works from the inside.
- Receive support, feedback, and ongoing learning opportunities.
