At Moinsa, we believe that the evolution of the supply chain necessarily involves rethinking how we learn, how we share knowledge, and how we prepare the sector for current and future challenges. In this context, we have had the pleasure of participating as a collaborating company with the Spanish Logistics Center (CEL) in the Phoenix Project, an initiative that aims to shape a new training model for logistics.

Over the course of two work sessions, professionals from different points along the supply chain came together with a common goal: to think outside the established framework and co-create, based on real experience and daily operations, a more practical training program, more connected to the business and aligned with the current challenges of the sector.

These sessions have been an exercise in active listening, idea exchange, and collective learning. A space to question models that no longer reflect reality, identify real needs, and provide insight from the knowledge gained only by experiencing logistics firsthand.

From Moinsa, our participation in the Fénix Project strengthens our commitment to:

  • Continuous improvement of the logistics sector
  • Training based on operational reality
  • Collaboration between companies and organizations to create impactful solutions

This project marks a turning point in the way we understand training in logistics: more alive, more useful and closer to those who are part of the supply chain every day. And although this phase of the Phoenix Project has closed, the path it opens is key to what is to come.

We will continue to actively collaborate with the CEL, contributing our experience and vision to promote logistics that is more prepared, connected and aligned with the real needs of the market.
