A few days ago, our Supply Chain department had the pleasure of delivering a very special training program in collaboration with AER, the Spanish Retail Association. A masterclass designed to introduce Retail Academy students to the reality of internal logistics, commercial interior design, and the key role that technology plays in process efficiency.
Led by two experts from our team, we took attendees on a tour of the different phases of the supply chain, covering everything from supplier searches and production adapted to each socioeconomic or climatic context, to efficient procurement at the point of sale.
During the session, we also explored in detail how we plan and manage logistics in a retail environment, delving into the operation of warehouses and the key processes that comprise them:

An intense and highly practical day in which we demonstrated how our company can address one of the industry’s greatest challenges: efficient, flexible, and well-planned retail logistics. And now, our Retail Academy students also learn the essential steps to achieve this goal.
