At Moinsa we believe that the talent of the future begins to be built long before the first professional experience. That is why we recently participated in the Employment Fair at CEU University, a day designed to bring students closer to the business world and help them learn about the opportunities offered by the job market.
Throughout the morning, the students went through the different stands of the participating companies, taking an interest in the projects, areas of activity, and professional opportunities they can find when starting their careers.
From Moinsa, our Talent team was sharing with the attendees who we are, how we work, and what drives us as an organization. We also had the opportunity to explain the different ways through which young professionals can join our team and start developing their careers in a constantly evolving company.
In addition, we present NextGen, our internship program aimed at students and recent graduates who want to start their professional career. An initiative designed so that they can apply the knowledge acquired during their academic training, gain real experience, and take their first steps in the professional environment.
Beyond presenting our professional opportunities, this type of meeting allows us to connect with the new generations, understand their concerns, and discover profiles with great potential that can be part of the future of our organization.
