In today’s dynamic business environment, knowledge is no longer a luxury: it’s a strategic necessity. At Moinsa, we understand that investing in people’s professional development is a direct investment in service excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth. Therefore, we recently launched a project that represents a step forward in our commitment to training: Internal Business Schools, aimed at our two business units: Supply Chain Solutions and Interior Design and Equipment.

This project stems from the conviction that our team is the company’s greatest asset. A well-prepared, informed workforce aligned with the strategic objectives of each business unit is key to facing market challenges and anticipating our customers’ needs.

What is the Business School?

The Business School is an intensive training program, fully tailored to the specific needs of each unit, aimed at strengthening employees’ technical knowledge and strategic skills. It is much more than a course or a series of modules: it is a continuous learning environment, a collaborative platform, and a space for sharing experience and knowledge.

Through custom-designed content, we aim for each employee to:

  • Deepen their knowledge of our products and solutions.
  • Thoroughly understand the internal processes that bring each project to life.
  • Develop key competencies that enhance their impact within the organization.

The Business School not only trains: it also connects, motivates, and empowers.

Two Schools, two units, one common purpose

The design of this training program is based on a clear principle: each business unit is unique. That is why we have developed two independent but complementary Business Schools, tailored to the business and challenges of each UNE (Business Unit). The ultimate goal is clear: that each member of the unit understands the business model and the solutions that Moinsa offers, always putting the customer at the center (Customer Centricity).

A living and collaborative platform

One of the keys to the success of our Business Schools is their knowledge management platform, built on SharePoint and accessible through a dedicated Teams group. It’s not a static repository of documents, but a constantly evolving ecosystem where each user can find:

  • Training content organized by modules.
  • Manuals, guides, presentations, and essential resources.
  • Regular updates that reflect changes in processes, products, or tools.
  • Spaces to share experiences, best practices, and questions.

Furthermore, we actively encourage collaboration among all UNE members. Everyone has the opportunity to contribute, correct, or suggest content, making the School a space built by everyone and for everyone.

Supporting Newcomers: Smart Onboarding

Another pillar of the Business School is its role in the integration of new employees. This initiative accelerates the adaptation process and improves the onboarding experience.

This program includes:

  • Initial training on the company, the business unit, and our solutions.
  • Direct access to key resources that facilitate the first steps: guides, organizational charts, useful contacts, etc.
  • Support through personalized mentoring and ongoing monitoring.
  • A proactive feedback system that allows us to adjust and improve the onboarding process based on each new member’s actual experience.

We believe that a successful onboarding is the first step toward a successful career within the company, and that’s why we take special care of this process.
