On this occasion, we had the opportunity to visit the Madrid School of Design (ESD), where we shared our experience in comprehensive space development.
From conceptual design to final execution, our projects require meticulous planning, efficient management, and, above all, a creative vision aligned with each client’s needs. How do we do it? In this talk, we break down each phase of our process so students understand the challenge and satisfaction of transforming an idea into a functional and aesthetically impeccable space.
From concept to reality: the process behind every project
At Moinsa, we have been developing interior design and fit-out projects for over 55 years in sectors as diverse as retail, offices, and hospitality & contract. But beyond our experience, we know that each new project is a story waiting to be built.
To help ESD students understand the entire process, we explained how we structure our work into five essential phases:
🔹 Design and consulting studio – This is where creativity is born. We analyze the space, the client’s needs, and current trends to define a solid concept.
🔹 Project development – From idea to plan. We transform the initial vision into a detailed project, considering materials, layout, and user experience.
🔹 Production – We not only design, but also shape the elements that make each space unique. Quality is our priority.
🔹 Installation – The final phase, where everything comes to life. We coordinate every detail so that the final result is impeccable and functional.
🔹 Control and management – The key to success. We oversee every step of the process to ensure the project meets quality standards and established deadlines.
