On this occasion, we would like to highlight the participation of our Supply Chain Solutions Unit team in the “Inventory and Warehouse Management” training program, offered by the Spanish Logistics Center (CEL).
An Extensive Program Focused on Operational Improvement
The training, structured in 10 modules and delivered over four months, offered a comprehensive and up-to-date approach to efficient inventory management, warehouse organization, and optimization of logistics operations.
During this time, our professionals have acquired practical tools and strategic knowledge to improve planning, reduce operational errors, and increase efficiency throughout the supply chain.
