At Moinsa, we believe that great ideas are born when creativity, enthusiasm, and collaboration come together. And that’s exactly what we experienced in the children’s competition to create our sustainable mascot.
For several weeks, the sons, daughters, nephews, nieces, and family members of our staff surprised us with drawings full of talent and imagination. Together, we created a very special mascot that, from now on, will be the image that accompanies us in our Sustainability and Quality initiatives.
We also wanted this character to have a collectively chosen name. So, we held an internal vote, and among the entire team, we chose the name that best represents her spirit: Nuba.
But beyond the final result, this contest has been a reminder of something fundamental:
- The importance of involving families in what we do.
- The value of collective participation.
- And the pride of building, together, an identity that represents us.
Our pet isn’t just a drawing: it’s a reflection of our values and how we envision the future. Equality, sustainability, closeness, and creativity come together in this character who will accompany us in publications, activities, and projects.
We want to thank all the families who participated, because without them this wouldn’t have been possible. Your energy and enthusiasm inspire us to continue promoting initiatives that connect the professional with the personal, the business with the human.
With our new pet, we are more than ready to continue moving toward a more responsible, inclusive, and sustainable future.
